Winter Desk Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor

2. Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Members of the Sponsor's household and HippieHaus Mercantile staff are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts at 0000 (12:00 a.m.) Pacific Time on October 12, 2026 and ends at 2359 (11:59 p.m.) Pacific Time on November 26, 2026.
4. How to enter
Subscribe to Coop's free Daily Weather email at coopermarketing.org/tahoeweather. Every eligible person subscribed to the Daily Weather email when the entry period ends gets one entry, including people who subscribed before the giveaway started. Limit one entry per person and per email address. If you unsubscribe before the entry period ends, your entry is removed. Entries made by bots, scripts, or fake addresses are void.
5. Prize
One winner receives one HippieHaus Mercantile gear bundle, approximate retail value $100. No cash or prize substitution by the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable.
6. Drawing and odds
The Sponsor will pick the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 27, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email from Coop@coopermarketing.org within 3 days of the drawing and must reply with a U.S. shipping address within 7 days. If the winner does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn. The prize ships to a U.S. address only.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
9. Privacy
Your email address is used to send the Daily Weather email and to contact you if you win. We never sell it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
10. General
By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. The Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or Squarespace.
